Hi, I’m Fee
With over 25 years in the tourism industry, my career began at Sofitel Melbourne in 2001, behind the concierge desk, an introduction to the world of hotels, guests, and the subtle art of exceptional experiences.
Since then, I’ve held senior sales and marketing roles across luxury hotel brands, regional level roles, and supported a diverse mix of tourism and FMCG ventures.
I’ve always been deeply immersed in this industry, equal parts hotel enthusiast, dedicated traveller, and firm believer that a well-timed cocktail solves most problems.
Gold Coast Insider began as a passion project, a way to remain connected to an industry that I love.
A decade on, it has evolved into something far more considered.
A bespoke consultancy enhancing tourism brands through strategic partnerships, remote sales, and business development, complemented by curated digital visitor guides and personalised concierge services designed to deliver sophistication, confidence, and insider insights to travellers and agencies alike.
