We always start with a quick call to get to know your brand, your goals, and the look and feel you're dreaming of. From there, we'll plan your day together, locking in the date, time, location and style that suit you best.
A 50% deposit pops your booking in the diary, and then it's just a matter of counting down to shoot day, where we bring your vision to life together. Once we've wrapped up and your balance is settled, your beautifully edited images will be on their way to you within 7 days.

PAYMENT TERMS
• 50% deposit is due at time of booking to confirm your shoot date.
• Remaining 50% balance is due once the shoot has been completed, prior to delivery of final edited images.
• Deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the shoot date: the deposit is retained as a non-refundable booking fee, and no further balance is owed.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot date: the deposit is forfeited in full.
• Rescheduling: one reschedule is permitted at no extra charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
